At AniMarket, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy every product you order from our store.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at animarketllc@gmail.com.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund minus transaction fees.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can still contact us to discuss possible solutions.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size choice. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds can only be processed before the product has been shipped. For this type of refund, 5% of the transaction fees will be deducted. Once the product is shipped, refunds are not available unless the item does not meet the customer’s expectations. In such cases, a return and refund can be arranged, with the refunded amount being reduced by return shipping and transaction fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or payment provider. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at animarketllc@gmail.com and we’ll help you track it down.
