Returns & Refunds Policy

At AniMarket, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy every product you order from our store.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at animarketllc@gmail.com.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund minus transaction fees.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can still contact us to discuss possible solutions.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size choice. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or payment provider. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at animarketllc@gmail.com and we’ll help you track it down.
